High Finned Tubes

The high finned tube is made from two seamless steel pipes by means of extrusion treatment. The materials for making the fins must be easy for molding. Fins made of aluminum or aluminum alloy can be 15mm or higher, and that made of copper or copper alloy has height up to 10mm.For the purpose of better heat exchanging result, we can make the inner wall of pipe unsmooth by adding spiral bar or corrugation.

Our high finned tube shows good corrosion resistance against the fluid media in both shell pass and pipe pass. For the difference of thermal swelling factor between the two materials, the product has better work within the environmental temperature under 250℃ for good performance and long service life.
